Xeon Based Plex Server Build

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
Little lost on what route to take on building a Plex / media server.

Goal is to have a setup that can support 5~10 simultaneous Plex steams. Running Google Fiber, so upload speeds are a null issue.

First thought was to run a dual xeon proc setup, but would it be smarter and more efficient to run a single larger (8+ cores) chip? '); }
