Want to build a server from spare part to store massive amounts of audio.

Servers - www.overclock.net
Hey guys, it has been a long time since I posted. I miss it.

I've got an Athlon II tri-core and 4gbs of 1333 ram left over from an old rig.... I'm part of a research group that has limited space for the massive amounts of audio data that they collect every week. I've gone through and helped them clean up a bunch of it(I record at home and some knowledge of audio editing software) and realize that they don't have the ear or the space to properly clean up these tracks. Along with learning how to do it, I want to build a server of some type just for storing mp3 audio files that can be reviewed later.

How would I do this? I'm unfamiliar with the current software or even if the few parts that I have left over will be strong enough to handle it. Meanwhile I'll keep reading.... '); }
