D5 vario, crackling noise when speed >3

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
If I run my D5 vario pump above 3, it makes a crackling/clicking noise that increases the faster the pump is running. Is this just cavitation, and is there any way I can prevent this so I can run the pump faster without the noise? The loop has been properly bled and temperatures are reasonable. My loop consists of an EK D5 pump/res, 360 mm and 280 mm rads, 1x CPU and 2x GPU blocks. '); }
