D5 vairo pump making clicking noise

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
Been a long time since I have been on the site. As the title says, My D5 pump started making a strange clicking noise tonight as I was about to sit down for a gaming session. This is not a air in the loop kind of sound, it's more of something is hitting a fan blade sound coming from the impeller. I have had this pump for about a year now and I have never had any issues with it. About 4 months ago I did however take the original housing off for a V2 clear pump top and mod kit and everything has been perfectly fine till now. I have tried adjusting the speeds and it still makes the clicking sound.

Has anyone ever experienced this and what did you do to fix it? My current plan right now is to take it apart because I am worried about causing permanent damage to the pump. Is there anything I should be on the look out for once I have it all apart?
