How to test m2 SSD working or faulty?
Dear all, need some advice here. Recently my kid laptop can't boot up normally, it will just boot into the bios screen, after exiting will go back to the bios screen again. From the bios also did not see the hard disk inside. (is ssd)
It is a 2 yr old Asus laptop (ux305c), that is out of warranty. Asus quoted me $320 to replace the 256GB SSD & $80 for diagnostic. If mobo issue will be another price.
I have taken out the SSD from the laptop, it is a micron m600. How do I check if the SSD is working? I don't want to buy a replacement SSD only to find out later that it is actually mobo issue. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
