Some systems get error when logging into Cloud Portal
We have a hosted version of our audit software. We are moving to a "Cloud Hosted" version where the provider has give me a link to a web site. This first part only works in IE. I log into this cloud portal, and it brings me to a sub-page with several applications I can click on.
When I click on the first application, it creates a remote app/desktop connections window.
For all windows 10 users, and half the windows 7 users, it works fine. Boom, loads up, no prob. A bunch of us get this error:
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer "<End Resource Name>" for one of these reasons:
1) Your user account is not authorized to access the RD Gateway "<RD Gateway Server Name>"
2) Your computer is not authorized to access the RD Gateway "<RD Gateway Server Name>"
3) You are using an incompatible authentication method (for example, the RD Gateway might be expecting a smart card but you provided a password)
I don't really understand their solution. I'd like to provide all this info to my help desk.
