FF no sign-in necessary. Chrome...

I just now decided to try downloading Chrome, even though it has long stopped supporting XP.

I wanted to see how much faster it would be.

Anyway, I supposedly imported my bookmarks from Firefox, but no bookmarks displayed.

Is that because Chrome requires sign-in for anything to work?

If so, what's the reason they make that mandatory?

Are the NSA & CIA spies on their board of directors?
