Replacing an Airport Extreme+Express combo with Ubiquiti gear...what do I need?
Morning all. With Apple getting out of the wireless networking equipment market it's now time for me to look to replacing my existing gear.
I'm liking the look of the Ubiquiti stuff but I'm not sure what I'd need to buy.
My current setup is an Airport Extreme basestation that serves the wireless networks (2.4 and 5GHz), and a single Airport Express unit that acts as a wireless bridge for my VDSL router (it's impossible to get ethernet to where it's located, and ethernet-over-power doesn't work well enough. The wireless bridge works *extremely* well.)
What would be the equivalent Ubiquiti gear to buy? I'll need to buy two units as my VDSL router doesn't have any wireless capabilities.
I'm thinking a UBI-UAP-AC-PRO for the main base unit and a UBI-UAP-AC-LR for the bridge unit?
I'm in the UK.
