PLEX Server build opinion

Servers - www.overclock.net
Been using my main PC as a plex server for years now and have been thinking on building a small dedicated plex server pc, i'm kinda new on servers so this is what i think should be okay for the build:

CPU: AMD A6-3500 (FM1, 3x core, 65w, 2.1GHz)

Mothrboard: HP AAHD3-HB (FM1, MicroATX, OEM motherboard)

PSU: DC 12V 150W Pico PSU (150w, Pico PSU) - one

Cooler: AMD FM1 Stock Cooler

RAM: Samsung 4Gb DDR3

HDD: 1x 90Gb SSD, 1x 2Tb HDD

I'll be doing 1080p streaming and encoding, what do you think? '); }
