Phanteks Enthoo Evolv pwm hub

Hi all,
It has been more than 5 years since my last build up of my DIY pc. Yesterday I bought my Phanteks casing with my Asrock z370 pro 4 mobo and Cyorig H7 Heat sink. I understand the pwn hub with the cpu cable is to be connected to the mobo's cpu_fan. But where can I connect my Cyorig H7 fan to?. What is the correct way of connecting them? And how to configure pwn in my mobo? Please advise. Thank you. Hey guys do you know which setup is optimal and quite for cooling a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv? Having 2x 140mm fans on the front and 2x 140mm on the top or having 3x 120mm on the front and 2x 140mm on the top? Thanks!
