Overclocking Help for i7-4820k

Hey guys I'm new here and generally to overclocking, however I've done a lot of research prior to signing up to these forums.

I'm overclocking my CPU to 4.5GHz and I would like to clarification that these results seem safe so far. I'm currently as we speak running Prime95 and doing a small ftt torture test, I will follow this with a large but here's my findings so far.

CPU clocking at: 4498.95MHz,

Core Temperature 53-56c

Power : 1.28v

Cooling Unit: Corsair Hydro H100i

So far prime95 hasn't given any errors.

Would I be correct in believing I run each torture test for about 1hr as it's not a blend and far more taxing on the CPU, and is there any other information I need to post or anything I could possibly be overlooking?
