Need help sorting out what RAM to get for a FreeNAS server

So right now i have 32GB of DDR3 ECC Registered kicking around.

I was going to build a FreeNAS server using it (since RAM is so expensive i figured id use this RAM) and i was all set to do a socket 1150 supermicro board along with a 3000 series Pentium but i realized those only support Unbuffered ECC :/

Finding 4x 8GB Unbuffered DDR3 1600 ECC seems to be expensive/hard to find, similarly with DDR4

I could do a single socket 2011 board but this is just going to be for a file server so those chips would generally be overkill and i want a low power setup as it will be running 24/7
