Mac Mini media server?

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
Hey guys, so in short a family member gave me a late 2012 i5 mac mini and im thinking of using it as a media server of some sort. Im going to pop in a extra SSD and a 2.5" hybrid hard drive to replace its 5400 rpm hdd.

I noticed that on idle uses about 3.25~3.5 gb of the 4gb installed memory.. for streaming movies and music would the system require alot more memory? i may have an extra 4gb stick laying around (bring the total to 6gb) or would there be a reason for 8gb-16gb be worth looking into?

Thanks for the help! '); }
