How can I lower the Watt output of My Nas

Systems Forum - www.tomshardware.com
Hi,

Specs of My Nas are as follows

Asus P8Z68-v Pro Motherboard

Intel G550 CPU(undervolted to 1.0v)

GSkill RipJawz 2133Mhz memory

2 * 3TB Seagate Hardrive(7200 rpm)

Coolermaster 1200w Silent Pro Gold

I made this Nas out of an old gaming computer which I have replaced.

My question is does anyone have any tips for lowering the power output of my Nas? Its currently idling at 67 watts

Also how many watts does the PSU itself consume?
