iTunes video problem - sound plays...
Okay, I'm at my wit's end with an iTunes problem I've been having in Windows 10.
I don't use iTunes for video very often so I don't know how long this had been an issue (which I appreciate won't help in identifying a cause), but the last time I remember successfully watching a video in iTunes was around late December (2017). I haven't since and only discovered the problem this morning.
Basically, iTunes videos aren't playing properly. Sound plays, and iTunes acknowledges that it's playing the video (the progress bar still moves along), however the video just... doesn't show anything. It looks like a black rectangle in the screenshot, but it just shows like a transparent window for me when actually trying to watch anything.
This problem seems to be isolated to iTunes, as other video players still run without any problems. At the time of writing, I'm running the latest version of iTunes, Windows is fully up to date and I've tried updating my graphics card driver (I'm on a Lenovo Ideapad 100 laptop). I've tried reinstalling iTunes, installing Quicktime 7, nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any idea what the cause of the problem might be and how I can fix this?
