How can I improve my water setup?

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
My setup is as follows:

Case: Thermaltake V71

Rad 1: Ice Nemesis L-Series 420 Stealth Radiator Model: NLS420-F2PB (top of case)

Rad 2: Slim Profile 3X140mm Radiator Model: MC-RADI420 (front of case)

Fans:

Rad1: Yate Loon D14SH-124R 140mm push, 2x 200mm Thermaltake fan pull

Rad2: 2x 200mm Thermaltake fans push (no room for pull fans on this rad)

Block: XSPC x2o Delta V2 block

Res: Lighttower Volume: 250ml

Pump: DC12-400 12 Volt Pump Flow rate: 800 l/h

Tubing: Masterkleer tubing PVC 10/8mm (5/16"ID)

Flow: Pump > block > rad1 > rad2 >

So now where should I improve my system?

I was worried that 250ml of liquid was too small at first, but figured with the massive rads and tubing, there's more than that in the system. Do I still need a larger reservoir?

As you can see, I'm hitting 70c spikes with temps hovering over 55-60 while gaming in BF1 at 3.8Ghz P-state OC. Ambient temps are around 22c
