How do you keep your home office cool?

Computer Room / Office - www.overclock.net
So my wife and I purchased our home last year and the only complaint I have is that my office, which is connected to our bedroom via a walk through closet, is right above my garage. While my house has central air and the rest of the house is nice and cool my office heats up quite easily when you combine the temperature of my garage below me and all of my electronics (Server, PC's, Monitors, Network Equipment, etc). Noise is not an issue in here at all but man it becomes difficult working in here for more than an hour or two when it's 80+ degrees even though the rest of the house is 70.

I do have one window in here but my desk is right up to it (maybe 6-8 inch gap between it and my main monitor). I can't put the desk anywhere else because the two side walls are lined with built in shelving units and the ceiling slopes.

The office is only 250 sq ft or so. I've considered a small window AC unit but i'm afraid the noise would be too much. Anyone else have any other ideas or suggestions on a wait to keep it cool or if you know of a Window AC that is quiet enough to recommend? '); }
