This is why I hate computers.

Power Supplies - www.overclock.net
Sorry, I had to rant in the title. This is simply unbelievable to me.

I plug drive #1 into port #1. I start transfering files to it. I plug drive #2 into port #2. The ongoing file transfer to drive #1 stops and an error pops up.

So apparently drive #1 is now completely dead; drive #2 lights up for a second when I plug it in, but nothing more; port #1 still delivers power, but nothing more; port #2 is completely dead. I double-checked everything.

What the hell is this? Is this what I get for spending money on a decent PSU? If not the PSU then what caused this? Tell me, please, so I can take it out of the computer and throw it out the damn window. This is not the computer in my signature, btw - if the specs are relevant let me know.
