Hardware good enough for FreeNas Server?

Servers - www.overclock.net
Currently, I have a C2100 ESXi server that I'm happy with (see my systems for details). I have an old PC laying around that I was thinking of using FreeNas with. Don't necessarily need the the storage (3TB/5.39TB free for my file server), but figured I would use it for testing and some extra storage/backup space.

Here is what I have:

AMD Phenom 9850 Black Edition

4GB DDR2 PC26400

GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3

NZXT GAMMA Classic Series GAMA-001BK

630W PSU

I'm going to upgrade to 8GB of RAM for about $40, though it is slower then the current RAM I have (CAS5 vs 4). '); }
