Would this be a good home server?

Servers - www.overclock.net
Hey guys, I have been recently toying around with the idea of going ahead and building a home server. I have some older PCs laying around but they are all socket 775 and get hot even at idle, and I would imagine use more power than newer architectures. I was looking on amazon and was thinking about maybe getting a Kaby Lake Celeron ($40), 4GB DDR4, and the cheapest B250 motherboard which I think was $55. Also I 400 watt evga power supply. There is one that is NOT 80 plus so I feel that would negate the whole efficiency thing, and then there is 80 plus white, which I feel more comfortable with as an always on computer PSU. As for hard drives, I would probably want to put in a couple 4TB Ironwolf or WD Red drives. I have a 4TB Ironwolf in my gaming PC and it seems to be alright so far.I am assuming that a celeron would do just fine as a home server, which is why I am considering it. Also, the other issue is the OS. I was thinking about running either Windows 10, Windows Home Server, or some iteration of Linux, which is clearly the more cost effective option, its just that I am concerned with how nicely the Windows PCs and the many Macs we have here at our house will play with a Linux server. Any input would be appreciated as I am loosely considering this. I have a raspberry pi 3 sitting in a drawer that may be better suited to this task but fire away your ideas! '); }
