Flushing a new system all at once.

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
I'm currently looking at puchasing my first water cooled build and was researching ways to flush the system. I came across link and others like it where they create a loop outside of the pc to flush the radiator. Would there be any danger in incorporating something like this directly into the loop? I'd assemble the loop with pump/res -> blocks -> rads -> quick disconnect -> filter -> quick disconnect -> pump. Then when I want to clean the system I can swap in a filter and use that to flush my system with the filter being directly before the pump. Bearing in mind that it won't stay in the loop, would a 5 micron filter would be small enough to adequately filter the system or would something smaller like 0.5 micron be better? '); }
