Does this look like safe numbers for voltage, current and overclocked speed?

AMD - General - www.overclock.net
I have been reading a lot about overclocking. This is my first time overclocking so this is as far I can get without random reboots etc. Every where I read people have different opinions about what is the safe current and voltage for overclocking a Ryzen 1700. I hear 1.3v others say 1.45v is still safe. Anyone have a link for what AMD says specifically for Ryzen 1700? I only found for 1800x.
