Convert HTPC into NAS

Servers - www.overclock.net
Hi everybody,

I got a HTPC, with a AMD 6400K in it and 4 GB RAM. I don't need that anymore, and I was wondering if it could be converted into a good NAS instead?

I have no idea, how much power it uses, so thats why I'm asking here. Right now, I have a Synology DS212j, and I'm "growing" out of that, plus it irritates me, how slow it performs at some tasks.

What do you think? Is it a stupid idea? '); }
