Not Connected, No Connections Are...
Greetings and thanks in advance for any and all help.
To start off, let me explain some of the background to this problem. It began approximately 10 months ago, towards the end of January. It started occurring two months after I received the Windows 10 "upgrade" and I haven't been able to find a lasting solution since.
Essentially what happens is that my laptop will occasionally disconnect from my wifi internet without warning. Whenever I try to reconnect, it shows me a network icon with a red x (looks like a TV with a cable next to it) and then notifies me that no connection is available.
The part where the problem baffles me, however, is that I'm able to easily fix it by simply setting my laptop on sleep for 10 seconds. Without fail, the internet reconnects immediately and I'm fine until the next time it disconnects. Sometimes that's days, sometimes it's 20 minutes. One consistency I have noticed, however, is that my laptop constantly reconnects to my wifi whenever I wake it up from sleep mode. It shows the icon switch from disconnected to fully connected.
