Can't get stable - 8700K 5ghz

I had my 8700k delidded yesterday, and now I'm trying to push for 5ghz. Seems like no matter how high I go on the voltage, it still bluescreens or gives WHEA errors. Temps aren't too bad, sits in the low 80's during testing. The main issue is that I can't seem to pass IBT (very high, 10 runs) or Realbench (even 15 mins for starters). I've went as high as 1.4v core voltage override and still happens. Is there any settings that I missed, or that need tweaking? Was really aiming for 5ghz, but from the looks of I might have to settle for less. Pretty sure I have everything dialed in settings wise for the most part, but I'm still kinda newbie at overclocking.

Note: My ram is 2666, but I have it running @3200 1.35V
