Will buying a more efficient power supply produce less heat?

Power Supplies - www.overclock.net
I did some research on this topic and found that a more efficient power supply puts out less waste energy in the form of heat. I compared a new power supply to my old one. Would upgrading my power supply in an attempt to cool my room as much as I can be a good choice in this case?:

Watts saved at low power draw (152W): 181-164= 17 less watts used

Watts saved at 270W: 308-286= 22 less watts used

Watts saved at 400W: 454-418= 36 less watts used

Watts saved at 523W: 599-553= 46 less watts used

Watts saved at max power draw (652W): 778-697= 81 less watts used

'); }
