Best quality tools?

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
Not sure if this belongs here or in "other peripherals", but does anyone have any advice on getting good quality screwdrivers?

Looking online, the most commonly recommended tools are made by a company called JH Williams, which is owned by the company Snap-On. Apparently their screwdrivers come from the same line. Snap-oN appears to be mostly automotive focused, and their products seem to carry a huge price premium, but as they come from the same line don't seem to offer much in terms of better quality compared to the Williams line, at least not enough to justify the price premium anyways.
