7500U BIOS and Windows 10 Key Question

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
I am posting in this forum because the laptop in question has an Intel 7500U CPU and I really do not where else to post the question. I doubt that I would get any response in the Window forum.

This is my first PC with Windows 10, I bought the laptop from Sager so Windows 10 Pro was an OEM install. After I got the laptop and a certificate from MS with the Windows 10 key was not included I found out that with Windows 10 on an OEM install a key is not included anymore. When the OEM installs the OS the key is entered and from what I can understand the key is stored in the BIOS.

I have been upgrading BIOS for the last 8 years, every since I got my first HEDT.

My question is if I upgrade the BIOS on this Sager (Clevo) laptop at some point will the Windows 10 key get erased from BIOS?

I have not been able to get an answer anywhere so I am hoping that the smart people at OCN know! '); }
