24' Flicker-free(non-pwm) monitor recommendations?

The Monitor Channel - www.hardwarezone.com.sg - forums.hardwarezone.com.sg
I have an older Samsung led that uses PWM to regulate the backlight, tires out my eyes easily since I tend to use it on low brightness. PWM quite obvious when I wave my hand in front of it quickly at <30% brightness.

So far the cheapest I find is the BenQ GL2460HM on Amazon for $129.99? Any other brands locally that do not use pwm?
