+5vsb PSU and issue with backlight keyboard and electrical noise in headsets

Components Forum - www.tomshardware.com
So some days ago I bought a mechanical keyboard Logitech G710+ and the issue is when I turn off my PC the keyboard backlight starts flickering, so I have to disconnect the USBs or just turn the power supply off by pressing the back button, before this I had an issue with my headset ( I was hearing something maybe like buzzing sound when I played some games like Minecraft or I browsing web) it was picking up electrical noise as I understood, to solve it I connected my headset to my monitor which is a Dell UltraSharp U2412M with 4 USB ports, the problem with my keyboard was solved too by connecting it to the monitor, so here my questions I want you to answer: should I keep it connected to my monitor? and about my PSU it has a +5vsb(stand by) can be this the problem? It's a bad thing to my components or it's just a waste of energy as I saw here ?

When I connect my keyboard and headset to my brother's PC which has a Corsair VS550W and an ASRock Extreme3 R2.0 I have no issues.

Additional info:

My MOBO is an AsRock 970 Extreme4 and PSU a NOX Urano VX 750W PFC, yes I know my PSU is not one of the best brands, but it was my first build and I wanted a MOBO and a PSU supporting Crossfire/SLI, but now I think a 7950 + FX-8350 is more than enough for me. I knew I don't have to buy a bad PSU, so I was guided by all this, maybe I was wrong: this one has a lot of positive reviews and a lot of people buying it here on Spain an no one complaining, this brand also seems European, but this PSU is something in the middle and with good power specs as I saw when buying, for less price there was a Tacens 750W performing worse than a Corsair VS550W, but my NOX performs 744W max load +12V according to this and it a has a 10 protection systems, components made by CWT and it's quite. When pre-building my friend's PC I chose another NOX but the Urano VX 650W, the latest PC I build was for my brother and I realized that the Corsair VS550W performs better than the NOX Urano VX 650W so I picked it.
