Help the n00b pick a monitor

Monitors and Displays - www.overclock.net
First post at Overclock.net.

I'm looking for the most monitor I can get for @$400 (or somewhat over, if the performance is thought by the Smart Guys here as "worth it", a subjective judgement). I'm considering the Visio P325c at $349, because of the high refresh rate (144). Two other features I like but that are not must-haves are 32-inch and curved.

Any suggestions from the gamers/builders? What would you buy with your $400? '); }
