Should i keep this Asus PG248Q?

Monitors and Displays - www.overclock.net
Hello guys , its been a while now , i was waiting for a price drop of this screen or the Aoc G2460PG as they both have the same panels , so identical performance....

Today i grabbed a Pg248q for 400euros (for Greece its a decent price , retail is 500 and 460 for the cheapest aoc).

When i got home i set up immediately my screen including calibration using the icc from the asus site and the settings from tomshardware review which seems decent. What bothers me though are this patterns that appears in black background when i oc the screen , the blacks are simply bad....

At 60HZ:

At 144hz (still ok , even if its an oc...) :

At 160hz is like backlight bleeding starts to kick in the mid-right side of the screen:

At 180hz i dont want to game the colours take a big hit too...

Also i get a small tint yellow amount in left top , its a bit noticeable when in white background , i would rma it but :

1) i know that there are some people with worse screens and maybe i end up with one of these too.

2) I have an LPS 1080p screen next to it for movies and maybe use this for the horror games ,as asus blacks will be too anoying for such games.

Playing fps games is actually fun and the extra refresh rate a game changer (my ips could oc only up to 75hz) , in bright scenes i wont even notice the patterns.

Should i rma this screen ? I mean i still paid a big price for it and i should be perfect... Or just be happy with it? '); }
