cant decide on fans for my radiator.

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
OK,

so ive been looking at replacing my radiator fans that I have on my XSPC EX420. I have some thermaltake riing 14 fans on there because I really liked the aesthetic of them, and I had figured that they would be quiet enough with the LNC cable they include. well...here I am about 3 months in and the noise is driving my Batty.

so I have a choice to make. I have it rather narrowed down to 2 options. either the

Bequiet BL065 SILENTWINGS 3 140

or the noiseblocker NB-eLoop B14-PS Black Edition 140

both seem like they perform better than my thermaltake fans. at least the the graphs I can find online. and comparably at the same RPM

but I have to be sure. As either way its gonna be 80-90 dollars on fans. and I am going to go the way of replacing one every 2-3 weeks so it wouldn't do to change my mind halfway through.

does anyone have any opinions between these 2. is one admirably better than the other?

graphs can only tell so much and they are easy to interpret incorrectly sometimes.

any information or suggestions would be helpful, as I am just looking for decent noise/performance. I have 700mm of rad in the system just so nothing has to be running full tilt all the time. So if the silentwings running slower with better noise, but still performing "good" enough would be just fine by me. just looking for some feedback from others.

other info I have this particular rad mounted to the top of my chassis with the fans pushing air through and out the top of the case.

I know sometimes placement can matter in efficiency and noise. '); }
