Overheating Custom Loop - 7700K / GTX1080TI

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
Hello All!

So I am having a bit of a problem. I have not water cooled for a while but decided to finally get back into it. But as the title says I am over heating, or at least I think I am. I have a 7700k, a GTX1080ti both on EK blocks. Mobo is a ROG STRIX Z270i so the water block is monoblock for the mobo/cpu. I have 2 x 240mm XSPC 30mm Rads, 1 rad has Coolermaster Air Pressure fans, the other slim 15mm Silverstone fans (space restrictions).

So the numbers of concern.

My temp sensor is showing my liquid is hitting 45c + when under full load.

My CPU temps are all over the place. Some times it idles at 35c, sometimes 50c. Under load it can easily hit 85c and some times more. I have tried to re-seat the block twice now but am still having the same temps. In a custom loop Id think those should be a lot lower. I have tried the EK paste that came with the block and arctic silver 5.

The GPU is fine, under full load it levels off at 52-54c.

Ambient temps are 22 to 24 c.

Any ideas or advise would be appreciated. Machine is in my SIG, lemme know if you have any questions.
