XSPC GTX770 full cover block fafceplate removal.........

Water Cooling - www.overclock.net
Hey'o all, I have an XSPC full cover block on my EVGA GTX770. The block has a brushed aluminum faceplate. I want to switch to a pastel dye in my coolant and I am wondering if anyone has tried removing that faceplate from the acrylic so you can see "into" the block more or less. I have a Thermaltake P3 and I want to try turning the card up vertical via the riser cable pending whether or not I can find one that works. I have heard nightmares about them riser cables.

Anyway, I am hoping that faceplate can be safely removed for viewing the block with a red coolant running through it. I really hate the thought of buying another block for the card if I don't really need to. Not exactly in the budget right now anyway. '); }
