Need help getting liquid ultra off of gpu pcb

Graphics Cards - General - www.overclock.net
I decided to try liquid ultra on my shim but some spilled on to the gpu and pcb in between the die and pcb. How should I remove it? I haven't powered it in because I know what will happen. Any ideas?

The stuff all over the die itself is paste.
