Can't decide what to upgrade

General Processor Discussions - www.overclock.net
I'm currently running a mITX system mostly for gaming: 4770k, H100i, Z87 board, 980ti, 16gb DDR3 2400, 850 Evo, 24" 60hz 4k Acer.

I'm tempted to upgrade to 1151, basically replacing everything, but that doesn't really seem worth it. I feel pretty meh about the upcoming 6-12 core chips because I don't think the extra cores will affect gaming very much. Maybe I should wait and grab one of the new 2k HDR panels when they come out and call it a day… but maybe I should just get a second 24" right now... I briefly had a 1080ti which really didn't seem like a huge upgrade but maybe that's because I have a 60hz monitor.

I can't decide. I've had this system long enough that it feels like there should be a huge upgrade out there somewhere. My budget is pretty flexible within reason. Maybe it's not worth it to upgrade anything? What would you do?
