Intel BOX DH61AG and i3 2100T - CMOS Checksum/Thermal Trip/Memory Size Change - ERRORS!

I can't figure out what is going on with this thing. Is literally every component of this machine bad or is there just a fault somewhere making it seem that way.

It consists of:

Intel Box DH61AG

Intel i3 2100T

Samsung 2x2Gb 1066MHz

Intel Pro X3959 NIC

Western Digital 250Gb HDD

The heatsink is seated and pasted correctly, checked multiple times. The BIOS shows a temp in the mid to low 30's. The MB temp in the BIOS is only slightly higher. I replaced the CMOS battery and updated the BIOS with the same results.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? This is admittedly an odd board as it is powered with a 19V laptop power supply, and my adapter is confirmed working on other machines and supplies enough amps and wattage.

I'm kinda lost. Anyone got any good ideas? Or am I just removing and replacing one component at a time in an attempt to isolate the issue?
