Need help picking the right CPU

Intel CPUs - www.overclock.net
I'm trying to help my mom find a new computer, and we pretty much have it narrowed down to two choices. She'll typically be using it just for browsing the web, but also wants to do a bit of graphic design (drawing) and video editing as well, although nothing too complex.

We've narrowed it down basically to two computers. One has an Intel i5 8250u with 8gb of DDR3 memory and a 128gb SSD, while the other is an i5 7200u with 8GB of DDR4 memory, an R5 graphics card, and 256gb SSD.

I'm basically wondering if it's really worth getting the newer CPU over the old one, considering the other computer has better memory, dedicated graphics and twice the space. I've looked up some benchmarks for the 8250u and it does seem to perform quite a bit better in most areas, but I'm wondering if it will make that much of a difference or if she should just get the computer with the older CPU?
