New i5 4690k - Desktop screen tearing.

Intel CPUs - www.overclock.net
Hi, after 1 week of upgrading my CPU/GPU/MOBA I experienced disguisting screen tearing both in games and on my desktop. It cause my chrome to crash, windows are leaving trails, changing shapes and fonts are very distorted (randomly). I feel like it's mostly or horizontal only.

Whenever I am installing something or scanning it is going crazy, windows changing shapes, image, font distortions..

My old spec: i5 2400, GTX 660, Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3, 8GB RAM DDR3 Corsair CX 650(new)

New spec: I5 4690k, GTX 1060, ASROCK Z97 Anniversary/ASUS Z87M Plus, 8GB RAM DDR3, Corsair CX 650

Checked 1060 with i5 2400 on older moba and everything was alright.

Checked i5 4690k with 2 motherboards and same issue on both of them.

Temperature seems okay.

I did format my SSD like 4 times in the mean time. Uninstalled and reinstalled GPU drivers many times. Tried many built in Windows 10 diagnostic softwares. Intel processor diagnostic tool said that every test is passed.

The first video was when I struggled with some bluescreens but it was probably related to few missing drivers what was fixed after installation.
