Help with some build advice

Intel CPUs - www.overclock.net
I am wanting to finally upgrade to an i5 or i7. I am looking for something that will be able to play H1Z1 which is CPU intensive and be able to stream to Twitch.

Ideally I am looking for the $250 range, but will go up to about $300. New or used is fine. I have been looking at i5 2500k or i7 2600k but my friend has an i5 6600k and his for some reason won't handle streaming and playing H1Z1....so I'm lost.

Do you think an i5 2500k or i7 2600k would be enough? If not, what would you recommend? Again, new or used is fine. '); }
