New I5 7600k build question

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
I believe I am having a power issue after purchasing the

Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor - Turbo switched off do to the computer freezing/crashing at 4.0 ghz

Cooler Master Hyper D92 54.8 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler

ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/ac ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

CORSAIR Vengeance LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 - Running at 2133Mhz

GPU is a GTX 760 EVGA

Power supply is a Thermaltake - SMART Series 650W Bronze Power Supply [about 4 years old now]

It is this exact version:

This video: Displays my computer freezing up when the cpu, and video card are being used alot at the same time. If I turn the graphics down the problem seems to solve itself. But if I restart the computer then the problem disappears entirely until I turn it on the next day, then I have to do that same procedure over again.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem, or know of a power supply at a reasonable price that will run this setup efficiently? '); }
