Feedback on budget build

Intel - General - www.overclock.net
The 120GB G Skill Phoenix Pro SSD in my brother's PC from 2010 has died. The rest of the system is an ASUS motherboard, AMD Phenom II 1055T, and 4GB of RAM. My brother has decided to rebuild the system, but he wants to keep it around $400-500. Low cost is definitely preferred here.

The system will be used for very basic tasks like internet & MS Office. However, my nephew is 11 and I hope he may want to get into some more productivity things like simple photo editing or something along those lines. It is possible he will want to get into gaming but right now he is only into consoles. I'd like the flexibility to upgrade to better gaming performance down the road, but for now I want to stick with integrated GPU.

Any thoughts on the below system are welcome!

Items reused from last build

- CD/DVD SATA ROM drive

- Keyboard

- Mouse

- Monitor

New Items

- ASRock B250M-HDV mATX Mobo $62.99

- Intel G4620 Kaby Lake Dual-Core 3.7Ghz $92.99 It doesn't seem worth it to go i3. I selected this one for the Intel 630 iGPU rather than the i610 on the G4560 CPU.

- G Skill NT DDR4 2400 8GB $57.99 Memory still seems to be a bit costly. I cannot find anything that I trust for cheaper.

- Corsair Force MP500 M.2 240GB $135.99 He will barely use 40GB of storage, but I want the extra space in case my nephew needs it later. I want to maximize I/O now for the highest impact on usability to make everything feel speedy.

- Rosewill SRM-01 mATX case $19.99 Cheap and effective

- EVGA 430W W1 PSU $34.99 I have some used PSUs that I may use instead of this, but I am worried about how much life they may have left in them. They're around 750W, so I don't know if that would play nice overtime with such a low draw system.

- CPU Cooler - Stock, or I may have something lying around that I can use.

Total: $403.94
