CPU Over Voltage Help Please

AMD BIOS - www.overclock.net
Hello, I have read a bunch of posts and can't seem to find an answer. All I want to do is lower the voltage on my cpu. I have a Phenom II 965 BE. My motherboard is an Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS. In my bios it reads CPU Over Voltage and says I can use +/- to raise and reduce by 0.003125V increments or type in a number manually. My question is if I type in a number such as 1.35 or 1.38 will that set my voltage to that number? Or do I have to use the odd numbered increments with the plus and minus keys? When I press the +/- keys it doesn't even show a number so I know where I'm at either. Obviously I don't want to type in 1.38 and have it raise my voltage by 1.38 and fry everything. This is the weirdest bios I've ever dealt with, if anyone knows how this cpu over voltage setting works It'd be much appreciated. '); }
