Crosshair VI Temp / Voltage Issue

AMD Motherboards - www.overclock.net
Hey,

While total idle my 1700x periodically goes instantly from 37°C to 47°C, then takes a couple seconds to go back to 37°C, then jumps instantly 47°C, etc.

The problem doesnt seem to occur when the CPU has something heavy (game / streaming / bench) to do.

Also, when benchmarking the CPU, its voltage isnt constant. If I manually set the voltage to 1.4, during benchmarks the voltage applied will periodically switch from 1.4 to 1.37 to 1.4 etc. How do I make the voltage more stable ?

In comparison the DRAM voltage is 99% stable.

Lastly, why, when I get my RAM to 3600MHz through BCLK OC, my CPU seems to require way higher voltages to stay stable at same frequency compared to when the RAM is 3200MHz / 100MHz BCLK ? Did I miss something ? For instance 132MHz BCLK / 3600MHz RAM will give me error on core #0 during an OCCT stresstest after a couple seconds when at 3200MHz RAM / 100MHz BCLK the stresstest would go forever at same CPU voltage/frequency.

I've the latest BIOS.
