Best mATX B350 for OC'ing Ryzen 5 1600?

AMD Motherboards - www.overclock.net
I'm having difficulty deciding which mATX B350 motherboard would work best for a modest overclock of ~3.8Ghz ideally at 1.38v or less for a Ryzen 5 1600. I'm mainly interested in stability and keeping temperatures under control as my room gets quite warm during the summer months.

The two motherboards I'm deciding between are the MSI AB350M Bazooka (I can't find any reviews on this one) and the Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3. There's also the slightly cheaper Gigabyte AB350M-D3H that appears to have almost the same features as the Gaming 3, but I'm not sure if its VRM isn't suited for OC'ing. I'm of course open to other suggestions, as long as it's mATX and has at least 6 rear USB ports.

I'm planning to pair the motherboard with Corsair LPX RAM, either 3200 or 3000. Is the ~$15 price difference worth it for 3200?

I'm not too familiar with power phases and VRMs or what to look for in a moderately-good OC'ing board, so any clarification and pointers would be much appreciated.
