Cryorig H7 way loose on Asus Crosshair VI Hero.

Air Cooling - www.overclock.net
Installed the back plate and mount as directed in the instructions. It seems I'm missing sleeves but they swear that if you have an asus crosshair hero you don't need the AM4 special kit or whatever. Also here's a video with installed rubber grommets between the motherboard and the AMD mount and it still wobbles. Without the grommets or sleeves which I think were supposed to come with the system, you can totally push the backplate out the other end of the mobo. IS this by design , it cant be like this.... Check out vid, bellow any input is greatly appreciated. I already sent cryorig a message and they don't seem to have phone support. Pissed my ryzen build is on hold now, should of went with Noctua.
