Replaceing a CPU fan on a prebuilt PC

So i am getting a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop - AMD FX-Series - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive from my in-laws they bought it and had the CPU fan go out and instead of trashing it my father-in-law is giving it to me. the issue is i cant figure out what would be a good replacement fan for it can anyone giving me any good ideas or instructions thank you in advance.

the CPU is a FX-4300 quad core
