Help with heatsink/fan upgrade please

Air Cooling - www.overclock.net
Hello Ive read about 100 posts on different systems heatsinks and 100 reviews on heatsinks but I'd really like to hear from people who know heatsinks/fans. Reviews are so up and down they're not helpful at all. I have the Phenom II X4 965 BE and my current heatsink is a Thermaltake Tr2 R1. My temps idle are around 45C° and when I'm gaming they're anywhere from 65-80C°. All I can assume is this heatsink is junk and I need to upgrade. I don't want to end up purchasing something that's barely better though and waste money. Id like to stay on the cheap side too please. Any and all information and recommendations are appreciated, thanks ahead of time. '); }
