Fishy Ryzen reviews

Guru3D published an article about a really fishy Iranian (ikr?) review of 1700X, showing it being worse than i74770K in games and synthetic benches.

There are a few suspicious facts about all this. First of all, how does Iran of all countries manage to get a CPU before everyone else? Second, it is visible that it is not a retail CPU, but an unknown engineering sample. Third, there are only old or weird games tested, and on 1366x768 (?) and Ultra detail (?!). And last, the AMD CPU is paired with 2133MHz RAM, while Intel CPUs are with 2400-3200MHz.

When we keep in mind the recent reports of emails and phone calls that some major review sites received from Intel, how likely do you think it is, that this is an illegal / immoral attempt from Intel to kill the Ryzen hype with fake reviews? Not pointing fingers, but I'd like to discuss the possibility.
